While my alcohol intake is not as high as my prime college days, a day like I had today would lend me to give into a delicious lychee martini or mojito! My favorite place in NYC to get a Lychee Martini is the local martini bar/lounge Cibar (Irving Place between 17 and 18 sts.)

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add vodka, lychee juice and vermouth. Shake until chilled. Pour into 2 martini glasses and garnish with lychees.
Both aren’t the healthiest of drink options as they carry a lot of sugar, an occasional treat for yourself is never a bad thing! You should make sure that with any alcohol consumption, you should eat a proper meal to balance it out. As Patti Stanger says, “keep it to a two drink maximum!”
